PixelArena respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take copyright infringement seriously and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

PixelArena embeds and links to third-party HTML5 games. We do not host game files on our servers — we aggregate freely accessible browser games and provide original editorial content about those games.

  • Screenshots or images we have taken or published that infringe your copyright
  • Links or embeds to third-party games if you hold the copyright

Content We Cannot Remove (Third-Party)

For content hosted on external servers, we will remove our links and embeds promptly. To remove the underlying content, you must contact the hosting provider directly.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid notice, you must provide all of the following information in writing:

Required Information — DMCA Takedown Notice
Your full legal name, and a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact URL(s) on PixelArena where the alleged infringing content appears
Your contact information: email, postal address, and telephone number
A good-faith belief statement that the use is not authorised
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location
  3. A good-faith statement under penalty of perjury
  4. Consent to jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court
  5. Your signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

PixelArena may terminate, at our sole discretion, accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
